Founder & President

Jon Biloh

Jon Biloh is the founder and president of WNY IT Services. He has spent his career building and operating infrastructure-focused technology businesses, including data centers, hosting platforms, online communities, digital media properties, vendor relationships, technical operations, and the systems required to keep platforms running reliably.

Jon founded ColoCrossing in 2006 and grew it into a significant infrastructure and hosting business before selling ColoCrossing and other brands to Deluxe Corporation in 2018 through a successful sale process and spin out. That experience, building from the operator level through a major transaction, continues to shape how WNY IT Services approaches infrastructure, digital platforms, and consulting work.

Across WNY IT Services-owned platforms including LowEndBox, LowEndTalk, ServerVerify, and CruiseShip.net, Jon combines audience insight, technology execution, and operational discipline. The same mindset applies to consulting and infrastructure work: understand the business problem, simplify the technical path, manage the details, and deliver outcomes that hold up over time.

Who We Are

Built by operators, not by theorists.

WNY IT Services works at the intersection of owned media, community platforms, infrastructure management, IT operations, hosting, and data center consulting.

Digital media and communities

We own and operate platforms that inform technical audiences, connect communities, and create meaningful insight across hosting, infrastructure, and related industries.

Infrastructure and IT management

We bring practical experience managing systems, vendors, facilities, networks, operating processes, documentation, and the details that determine whether infrastructure performs reliably.

Hosting and data center consulting

We help organizations think through hosting environments, data center planning, operational risk, vendor strategy, capacity decisions, and infrastructure execution.

Strategic execution

We turn complex operational and technical challenges into clearer decisions, practical plans, and measurable progress.

Our Perspective

Experience that informs better decisions.

Because WNY IT Services operates its own platforms and infrastructure, our recommendations are grounded in direct experience. We understand what works in production, what creates long-term maintenance burden, and where operational details can quietly become business risk.

That perspective is especially valuable for organizations that need help evaluating infrastructure choices, improving reliability, managing technology vendors, or creating digital platforms that serve real audiences.

How we work

  • Clear communication and practical expectations
  • Hands-on understanding of infrastructure and hosting operations
  • Long-term thinking around reliability, supportability, and cost
  • Respect for audience trust, operational discipline, and measurable results
